Southwest Builders, LLC was formed in 1992 by the current and original owner Warren Vollenweider. Warren has been involved in all aspects of the construction industry for over 33 years. 20 years ago the business was relocated to the North Shore where the primary business was residential framing, residential additions and renovations. In 2001 Warren received his Louisiana State Contractors License so he could become one of St Tammany Parishes expert custom home builders. To this day, Southwest Builders and Warren Vollenweider have built a quality business of constructing specialized homes with an excellent reputation of being dependable, reliable, fair, and a contractor that stands behind all of his work.
Warren has not only built this company to what it is today by being involved in the day to day office operations, but is also on the job sites overseeing work being completed and managing the steps as they progress. We employ several experienced carpenters who work along side of Warren to actually build your home with our own hands. Our crews frame our own homes, as well as install all the cabinetry and wood trim throughout your home. What work we are experts at, is work we do ourselves.
Southwest Builders is most definitely a hands on contractor who actually knows what quality work is being done on your home. Yes, Warren puts a tool belt on an works right along the side of all the experienced subcontractors we trust with your home.
Our company has both Workman's Compensation and General Liability insurance.
